The gap between the inductor of the high-frequency induction heating machine and the heated workpiece should be regularly checked and adjusted according to the actual situation. If it is found that the inductor is deformed, the position of the magnetizer is changed, or other parts are loose, it must be adjusted before it can be used. After use, the sensor should also be maintained in time. Use gauze to clean the iron filings and oil before putting it back into the storage rack. Otherwise, re-use will cause short circuit.
When using the inductor, it is necessary to strengthen the fit between the inductor of the high-frequency induction heating machine and the workpiece, that is to say, reduce the gap between the inductor and the heating surface of the workpiece, and improve the heating efficiency. A magnetic conductor should be installed on the coil, which can not only reduce the excess magnetic field, but also reduce the length between the conductive plates, increase the conductive area, and reduce unnecessary resistance losses and inductance losses on the inductor.
