1. Advantage of metal Induction Melting crucible Furnance:
1). Using a zero-voltage scanning soft-start mode, in any case may at any time to start or stop, will not have impact on power supply.
2). Fast smelting with low production cost; low-pollution and environment-friendly ;
3). A direct effect from the cold furnace melting. Dissolved material will be fully dumped clean. Molten material easy to replace.
4). Power adjustment flexibility. Be able to continuously smooth adjustment. Temperature uniformity can be easily controlled. Oxidation burning less. Metal components evenly.
5). Furnace shell using cast aluminum or steel structure, small footprint; furnace flip dump convenience, according to the need to use electric, manual, hydraulic tilting furnace and other means.
6). Designed to automatically adjust angle of inverter circuit that can automatically adjust the load impedance match, without adjustment of capacitance compensation and always run the equipment in good working condition; power supply system diagnostic error function, easy maintenance.
2. Melting Capacity of Electric Induction crucible Melting Furnace:

Brief introduction of induction melting:
Melting: It mainly refer to heat metal to high temperature to convert the metal into liquid, it is suitable for iron, steel, copper, aluminum, zinc etc precious metal melting and gold, silver, stainless steel etc metal melting.
An induction furnace consists of a nonconductive crucible holding the charge of metal to be melted, surrounded by a coil of copper wire. A powerful alternating current flows through the wire. The magnetic field induces eddy currents, circular electric currents, inside the metal, by electromagnetic induction.
What is the working principle of medium frequency induction melting furnace?
Medium frequency induction melting furnace is mainly composed of power supply, induction coil, crucible made of refractory materials in the induction coil. The crucibles contains metal charge, which is equivalent to the secondary winding of transformer. when induction coil is connected to the AC power supply, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, its magnetic line cuts the metal charge in the crucible, and an induced electromotive force is generated in the charge. Since charges itself forms a closed loop, the secondary winding is characterized by only one turn is closed. Therefore, Induced current is generated in the charge at the same time, when induced current passes through the charges, the charges is heated to promote its melting.
Medium frequency induction melting furnace uses an medium frequency power supply to establish an medium frequency magnetic field, which induces eddy currents and heat generation in the ferromagnetic material to achieve the purpose of heating material.
