How to choose induction hardeing equipment?

Selection of induction heating frequency: The shallower the heating depth, the higher the frequency.
1. Hardening depth
≤1mm, ultrahigh frequency (>50KHZ), which is generally used for hardening small parts, like small-module gears and shafts with small diameters. ​​
2. Hardening depth 2-4mm, superaudio frequency (25-35KHZ), which is generally used for hardening shafts with large diameters and gears with large and medium modules. ​​
3. Hardening depth 
>4mm, intermediate frequency, which is generally used for diathermy of large parts and surface quenching of large-diameter parts (diameter above 300mm, like rolls).
