1. Introduction of induction quenching machine:
Our induction hardening / quenching machine adopts IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as the core.
(1) Heating the metal workpiece to a certain temperature, and then cool it rapidly to change its machine structure to achieve some special mechanical properties.
(2) Oscillation frequency ranges around 30 KHz.
(3) Machines for quenching small shafts like Φ10 (hardening layer within 1.5 mm) and for large shafts like Φ250, or Φ500 gears are available.

3. Features of induction hardening machine
