Intermediate Frequency Melting Furnace: Designed for smelting ferrous & non-ferrous metals and their alloys including steel and copper, widely used in foundry and steelmaking sectors.

Energy Saving: Superior energy efficiency: power consumption hits approx. 510 kWh/ton of cast iron, around 20% lower power consumption vs conventional parallel inverter power sources.

Performance Features

High-efficiency series-type power solution in 1-drive-2 or 1-drive-multiple configuration: several furnaces for smelting while one for molten metal holding. This series of intermediate frequency power supplies supports single, dual or multi-output layout. This new 1-drive-multi series IF furnace allows one single power unit to drive two or more furnace bodies running concurrently. It facilitates one-shot pouring for heavy castings and continuous molten iron feeding to automated foundry lines.

Advanced computer melting management system: Our on-site smelting management platform consists of industrial PC, digital main control board and PLC into an integrated network, extendable via network switch for remote office supervision. Built-in Ethernet, USB interfaces and exclusive static IP enable global remote data acquisition, real-time monitoring, online diagnosis and fast fault elimination.

Fully digital on-site melting control system: Fully digital control system supports auto constant-temperature maintenance, auto furnace preheating, real-time power split display, intelligent smelting scheduling, fault code display & data logging and other automatic control functions.
