1. Brief introduction of KGPS induction melting furnace:
This alumininum shell furnace can bear 1800 degrees. It can melt most metal, such as Iron,steel, copper, aluminum,brass, bronze,gold, etc. It is Suitable for small capacity of less than 5ton per hour, wildly used in small foundry and semi-automiatic fundry. It has intelligent temperature control, cause less burning loss,less slag,save raw material; Compared with the IGBT furnace, this KGPS furnaces can be debugged easily under video guidance, and it have lower requirement about working environment, being not easy to get trouble.
The smelting furnace adopts an intermediate frequency power supply of 200~2500Hz for induction heating, and the power range is 20~2500KW. According to its characteristics, it can also be called an intermediate frequency electric furnace. It is mainly used for smelting and heating precious metals such as gold, platinum, silver, copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, aluminum and other metals. 3. How the furnace work?:
The intermediate frequency melting furnace is mainly composed of a power supply, an furnace body with a induction coil and a crucible. Metal material will be put in the crucible built with refractory cement. After turned on power, an alternating magnetic field is generated in the induction coil, and then a induced eddy current is created to heat and melt the metal material.
4. Advantage of Large Induction Melting Furnace :
The furnace body adopts an open furnace frame made of rectangular seamless steel. The overall structure is simple and firm, and the maximum inclination angle of the furnace body is 95 degrees.
