The LSZ-160 high temperature furnace is applied in copper and aluminum alloy plants producing large ingots and billets, in ferrous jobbing foundries melting 100kg steel heats for heavy castings, and in large scale precious metal refiners processing 250kg silver and gold batches. Rolling mill remelt departments use the machine to recycle process scrap, and fabrication shops melt copper for busbar and electrode production. When production grows beyond one batch per hour, several LSZ-160 furnaces can be operated side by side to create a flexible, low cost melting cell.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceThe LSZ-160 is shipped in a reinforced heavy duty wooden case with the IGBT power cabinet, furnace frame and crucible assembly, water cooling system, high current cables and comprehensive operation manuals. Every furnace is load tested at full power with a real metal charge before leaving the factory, and the test report is included with the machine. A one-year warranty covers the inverter, control electronics and main power components, supported by remote commissioning engineers and a complete spare parts inventory of crucibles, coils, capacitors and cooling units available for worldwide shipment.
