The LSZ-90 heavy duty furnace is applied in steel jobbing foundries melting small heats for castings, in non ferrous plants producing copper and brass billets, and in precious metal refiners running 120kg silver and gold recovery batches. Metal recyclers use the furnace to upgrade steel and copper scrap into ingots, while research institutes employ it for alloy development work that requires accurate temperature control at high power. The furnace can be supplied with fixed or tilting crucible options to match the pouring method used in each plant.
