This Brass Bronze Copper tilting induction melting furnace is a 45kw medium frequency IGBT machine created for brass foundries, valve manufacturers and art casting workshops that pour copper alloys into sand molds and permanent molds. The LSZ-45 tilting crucible design lets one operator melt up to 50kg of brass, bronze or copper and then tilt the furnace smoothly to pour the metal directly into the mold, eliminating the need for dangerous manual ladle transfer. Medium frequency induction heats the charge quickly and the built in electromagnetic stirring distributes zinc, tin and lead alloying elements evenly, which reduces segregation and produces denser castings with fewer rejects.
