This Three Phase 380V induction melting furnace is a 110kw medium frequency IGBT machine engineered for industrial melting departments that need high throughput for copper, aluminum, steel and precious metal alloys. The LSZ-110 melts 150kg of copper, gold or silver in a single batch, or 50kg steel and aluminum heats, providing the capacity bridge between small crucible furnaces and large coreless melting installations. Operators in casting plants and metal recyclers choose the LSZ-110 because it combines three phase industrial power input with the energy efficiency of IGBT switching, cutting melting cost per kilogram of metal compared with older thyristor equipment. Applications

Industrial applications include copper and aluminum alloy casting plants, large jewelry manufacturers melting 150kg silver batches, stainless steel jobbing foundries, and scrap processors producing copper and aluminum ingots at scale. The LSZ-110 also fits remelting departments of rolling mills that recycle process scrap back into billet production. With the optional tilting frame, the furnace pours directly into ingot molds, ladles or transfer launders, reducing metal handling and temperature loss between the furnace and the casting station.
